Groveport Man Accused of Raping Young Girl

A Franklin County grand jury indicted Robert Niemann Wednesday on five counts of rape, two counts of attempted rape, three counts of sexual battery, and one count of attempted sexual battery.
The victim, according to sources, is the daughter of Niemann’s ex-girlfriend.
Sources say the 64-year-old man was involved with the Boy Scouts in Groveport for several years.
