A Franklin County jury saw things differently this month when the Columbus man stood before them on participating in a criminal gang, aggravated riot, assault, robbery, and two counts of inducing panic charges.

Jurors found Fluellen innocent on all charges but aggravated riot. He will be sentenced on June 27.

According to the indictment, from December 2014 to December 19, Fluellen and nine others belonged to the Windsor Terrace Posse, Banger Squad, and Everything King Terk (EKT).

Most of the alleged gang members were also indicted on charges of aggravated riot and inducing panic from an incident on October 19, 2019, at the Scene 75 Entertainment Center in Tuttle Mall Crossing, and another brawl on November 15, 2019, at a Wendy’s restaurant.

Seven of the men indicted in this case have been sent to the Ohio Dept. of Rehabilitation and Corrections, and two others are waiting to go to trial.
