Man Involved In Shooting With Motorcycle Club Has Warrant

When Brody Sieber is well enough, Columbus Division of Police officers will escort him from Grant Medical Center to the Franklin County Jail.

Brody Sieber

The Franklin County Court of Common Pleas issued an arrest warrant for the 38-year-old Columbus man last October after failing to show up for his arraignment. According to the indictment, Sieber is delinquent in child support payments to two of his children.

Sieber is recovering from a gunshot wound to his neck he sustained on August 1 at the Old Landmark Tavern on Rumsey Road during a shooting that left two members of the Avengers Motorcycle Club dead and two others wounded.

A source close to the investigation tells The Sussi Report that “the Avengers are the victims,” and Sieber will be charged. Sources say that one of the Avengers shot Sieber in self-defense.

The Sussi Report also learned that in 2011 Sieber pleaded guilty to a felony drug charge and isn’t supposed to possess firearms.
